The packaging is a bit damaged, the device works very well and is well calibrated. It comes with an English and Chinese manual, a USB charging cable, and a good quality case. For me, I liked it, but the quality of the instrument case leaves a bit to be desired. In general, I really liked it, without losing sight that it can still be better.

Thermal imaging camera arrived well packed in a timely manner quick response time as i forgot the macro lens the staff found the lens and provided me a link to the lens i would be happy to do business again should the need arise highly recommend thank you very much a++++++
